Ascend, Descend, Transcend (Repeat)

Hello, my name is Sydney, and I am addicted to adrenaline. (Hi, Sydney …)

From diving the sky to taking a dip in the deep sea -- and all altitudes amidst -- this mama most appreciatively accepts Mother Nature’s multitudinous means for heart-rate hastening. But speeding down the side of a snowy slope -- adorably accessorized -- produces an unsurpassed exhilaration. Of all nature’s fabulous forays into the wild side, what’s more ad rem for those amongst us endowed with both the need for speed and for fashion? Sporty glam? Take it to the hills!

There is something magnificent about boosting one’s bod by chairlift to breath-defying heights, giving pause to the majesty that so serenely surrounds, before making the daring descent back toward sea level.

But let not the merrymaking be muted then -- when the wind’s whip has thoroughly mussed your mane and your glutes are groanin’ for mercy, nothing beckons better at the base than the nearest après bar for some raucous revelry!

Indubitably, the glitterati of the silver screen’s golden age had it right -- the slope-side scene is happening, making the aforementioned accessorization most mandatory for sipping a fireside Frangelico with flair.

‘Tis true, oh thumpers of the Third Law, that what goes up must come down, though let it be known that a trip up some of Mother Earth’s most marvelous mountainsides is sure to be anything but a downer.

Let’s ski, Sisters!
