Apparently my niece isn't the only one who feels formal wear (a la Ariel and her ilk) is always apropos! In the new USWeekly (the July 14 issue), the back page Fashion Police "extra" (such a glee-providing guilty pleasure) is resplendent with regal mini-celebs decked out in all their finery.
