Now that Ben’s finally old enough to not be tasting his toys, he’s discovered the glorious world of Lego. Or rather, we’ve discovered it together – my boy and I can sit for hours, engineering architectural masterpieces that would put I.M. Pei to shame. Our box of blocks is so big by this point, that I’m pretty sure we could replicate the Empire State Building!

But there’s one piece he better not touch: My new Jacqueline Sanchez ring.

The quirky jewelry designer has outdone herself with this piece. There are other offerings from her "Forever Young" series, too, including necklaces, bracelets and cufflinks, all made out of Lego and adorned with real diamonds, but I like the ring best. And if, heaven forbid, it ever accidentally gets "lost," I’m pretty sure I know where I’d find it...
