In thinking a little bit more about our Baby Daddy this week, I came across this amazing -- and dad-invented -- tool, TrixieTracker!
Though the name sounds like Trixie Tracker might be intended for
surreptitiously casing the life of a signifcant other's potential
lover, it's not. It's to track Baby, and all those precious
patterns! Fabulous idea!
I just took the tour on the site, and was just so very amazed by how a visual of these numbers we once simply jotted down in a
memory book reveals the amazing patterns of a little one's life ...
it's as though the telemetry generated is like a digital footprint of
our precious babe's inner workings.

Funny how mommyhood brings out the statistical analyst out of all of us -- we become consumed with our little bundle's numerical outputs, from ounces eaten to number of ... eliminations. Now, being the less-than-proficient mathemetician I am (read: recording simple numbers = "doing math" for me), whenever the ped would ask for sweet Skye's numbers, I was all-too-often a bit generous in the guesstimation category. If only ...
