I saw this cool idea at the baby show I went to recently.
It's a rollable diaper caddy that has pockets for all your baby gear.  Everything is organized in it's own little "pocket."  (one is insulated for bottles).  You roll it up and pop it in your favorite designer bag. Now your Fendi (or Marc Jacobs, Dior etc.) bag is an undercover diaper bag!  I also like the idea that it's easy to pop in and out of different bags. 

I met the designer at the show- she's a mom herself who was looking for solutions to her "baby gear" problems.  I love this!  Plus a percentage of the profits for every online sale go to help children in developing countries who need cleft lip and palette surgeries.
