How I respect the candor and humanity of Mama Roberts -- just caught this quote in the new US Weekly:
"Once you have three kids, the amount of food that goes into your garbage...I just cry and scrape plates and think, How can I be doing this?"
So even with her clear commitment to green choices for her family (a la Sophie Uliano's Gorgeously Green movement), she's (like most of us) still chagrined by the occasionally inevitable waste.
