Fab Swag Giveaway Terms and Details

Giveaway begins when the email announcement is sent and information is posted on www.poshcravings.com. Giveaway ends at 12pm EST on the designated Wednesday. The winner will be announced in that week’s PoshCravings newsletter. Contestants must complete the registration process then visit and sign up for the contest each week at www.poshcravings.com to be eligible. Winner should claim their prize within 30 days from the issue date. If the prize is not claimed within the 30 day period the right of the named winner to claim the prize is void. This prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. One entry per person. One winner will be randomly selected. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. PoshCravings will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to any reason. Entries submitted using any sort of automated or “bot” technology will be deleted. Only the winner randomly selected by PoshCravings may receive the Fab Swag. If not redeemed within six months, the prize is forfeited and the offer is considered void. If for any reason this giveaway cannot run as planned due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of PoshCravings which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this giveaway, PoshCravings reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway. PoshCravings assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. PoshCravings is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of phone networks or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by PoshCravings on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this giveaway or downloading any materials in this giveaway. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. PoshCravings reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminated, modify, or suspend the giveaway. By entering, participants release and hold harmless PoshCravings, its parent Baby Universe, subsidiary and affiliated companies, respective subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any damage or loss of any kinds arising from or in connection with this giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize won. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and must sign an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with rules/release, and complete a W-9 form before prize can be received.
